Churrasco: the Brazilian barbecue.

Waiters hopping from table to table with giant skewers of beef, pork, lamb and chicken.
You can eat until you want no more. Red indicates stop serving, and green means keep going.

A tradition of the churrasco, Brazilian for barbecue.
There are side dishes of polenta, garlic mashed potatoes, caramelized bananas and cheese bread, plus a salad bar.
 And  papaya cream.

Most of Churrascarias have a well assorted buffet
with Brazilian food, even feijoada,
and also japanese food...
